seeking does not work with h.264 files

Reported by: yoxinsky Owned by: yoxinsky
Priority: Major Component: Streaming and Networking
Version: Keywords: seek h.264
Cc: yoxinsky@…, mail@…

Description

i can't get seeking to work with mp4 videos. The video freezes and after a while goes back to the beginning.
The following message appears in the console:
org.red5.io.mp4.impl.MP4Reader - Frame position was not found for timestamp:[]

I already made some research on google and even though i found some post about the issue, i did not found any usefull info about it.

I'm using 0.9 final release.

thanks for reading

Pierre

I tested the last release (0.9.1 final) and even if the stack overflow problem seems to be resolved, resume playing after having paused the video cause the same problem. the same message keeps showing in the console:
org.red5.io.mp4.impl.MP4Reader - Frame position was not found for timestamp
and the video freezes then after goes a while goes back to the beginning
