Streaming 0.9.0-rc2 and up

I use 0.9.0-rc1 and i encode with flme 3.0 with windows 7, at h264 or VP6, 25 fps, 250 Kb/s. Audio and Video are ok, very good. I test with 0.9.0-rc2 and superior and the sound have artifacts, more artifacts and the time to startup to view video is more longer than 0.9.0-rc1. I tested with 0.9.0, 0.9.1 and 1.0.0-rc and the problem is alive.
